About Me

About Me

As an international student who first arrived into Australia, I entered  the world full of challenges that tested every part of me. From the struggle of finding a place to rent to call home to managing finances just to make ends meet—paying rent, covering tuition fees, and making sure I didn’t fall behind—it all felt like an overwhelming mountain to climb. My background in Science didn’t make the transition to studying Professional Accounting any easier. In fact, everything  seemed to push me further out of my comfort zone. But somehow, I made it through. It wasn’t just about scraping by—it was about learning resilience, embracing challenges, and constantly reminding myself that the struggles were all part of life.  After 18 years of perseverance, those lessons became the foundation of everything I am today.


Now, I’m a proud  property buyers' agent based in Blacktown, Western Sydney, where I am building a career in helping others navigate the same struggles I once faced. My journey into property investing began over 13 years ago, and along the way, I’ve built a portfolio  across different states in Australia. Through my experience, I’ve learned the ins and outs of property investment—the pitfalls, the opportunities, and the importance of making informed decisions without making mistakes.


As a boutique property buyers' agent, I work closely with each client to ensure they receive  full attention and support they deserve. My focus is not on numbers or transactions, but on people— helping them find the right property that will set them up for long-term success and financial freedom. Thanks to strong relationships with agents across the country, I can offer access to exclusive off-market and pre-market opportunities which are hard to find for everyday people.


I take a data-driven extensive research approach, considering over 80+ micro and macro factors to identify properties with the best potential for capital growth and cash flow. But beyond the numbers, it’s about knowing what you need, understanding your goals, and guiding you through every step of the process with the same care and dedication when I started my own journey.


At the heart of my work is a commitment to one thing: helping my clients to find the right property at the right price in a great location to achieve their financial dreams.

 Buying a property is one of the most important financial decisions a person makes during their lifetime. This can be very challenging for some people who are not fully aware of the processes, who are time poor or who are not confident enough to do this. If you don't know what you are doing, you can end up buying a dud property in a wrong location, which could have a negative impact on your financial future. This will involve a huge opportunity cost compared to, if you had invested in a high growth location.  So, why risk it when you can have an expert by your side throughout the buying process?


If you are spending hours  reviewing listings and not finding anything you like or running around on weekends  from one inspection to another inspection where the property looks nothing like in the photos of the listing or you are constantly losing out to other buyers in a negotiation or at auction or if you simply don't have this time or confidence, then let us help you.  

  

 Do you know only a very few Australians own 2 or more properties? There are several constraints to these like borrowing power/ serviceability, deposit/equity, wrong structure, wrong type of property, wrong location etc. After all, buying a property is a complex financial transaction that involves experts and professionals.


Please note selling agents are not working for you, they are working for the seller to maximise profit for them unlike us, the property buyers agents who work in your best interests to buy you the best property at the right location for a fair and reasonable price.  


We, not only conduct research, select and inspect properties but also leverage relationships, experience, and qualifications to negotiate better deals on clients' behalf. So, we have all resources available to you as a client to buy the property you want.


Access to off-market or pre- market properties that most people don’t have is a key advantage. With boots on the ground and established relationships with local agents and property managers, the agency gains valuable local market insights and access to hidden gems. In addition to analyzing suburb data and researching trends, we attend inspections and auctions to gain a firsthand understanding of specific areas, streets, and suburbs.

Buying Process

Property Buying Process

  Our aim as a property buyers agent is to find you the right property at the right price without settling for any less.


1. Understanding Your Needs

 The first step involves gathering information about you as a  client through an initial online questionnaire  or phone conversation. This is normally followed by an obligation-free discovery phone call, where individual circumstances around your property journey are discussed. During this 10–15-minute conversation, detailed information about each client's property journey is sought. 


2. Strategy Call

 If it's determined that we can assist in a client's property journey, a strategy call will be scheduled as soon as possible in discussion with the clients to outline a tailored property strategy based on individual circumstances. This complimentary session typically lasts 30-45 minutes, allowing clients to ask any questions or address any concerns they may have regarding research, the buying process or fees. If clients are satisfied and wish to proceed, an agreement detailing the terms of engagement can be signed. 


3. Engagement

You as a client  will sign a Buyer's Agent agreement which will outline our terms, the processes and service details. 


4. Property Search & Selection

 Based on your preferences, requirements, and price points, a search for both on-market and off/pre-market opportunities will be conducted. Significant research tools, local market knowledge, and contacts will be utilized to ensure access to the best properties that suit your needs. For any recommended property, a comprehensive property report will be provided, including analysis of the property, comparable properties, property appraisals, and due diligence information. Regular communication will be maintained to finalize the property selection. 

 

5. Property Price and Terms Negotiation

Once you like a property, a price negotiation strategy will be developed, considering current market conditions, comparative market analysis, and various qualitative and quantitative data factors related to the suburb and street. Negotiations will be conducted, and clients will be kept informed with their budget in mind. Additionally, attendance and bidding at auctions can be arranged as needed. 


6. Conveyancer, Building and Pest Inspection Support*

 Once you like the property and /or the property is secured, coordination with a conveyancer will take place to review the contract for sale and to arrange for a building and pest inspection to identify if there are any defects in the property (these will be completed and reviewed prior to an auction, as applicable). Clients will be responsible for covering these costs. Based on the findings, further negotiations regarding buying terms and price will be conducted. Full due diligence will be conducted.



7. Settlement Support 

 The job does not conclude once a property is successfully negotiated and secured. Assistance will be provided to you throughout the entire purchasing process, including the exchange of contracts and up to settlement. Additionally, support can be offered in securing tenants for investment properties, if you as a client wish to pursue this option.


Fees

A range of services is available for clients based on their needs and budget. All support will be provided whether clients seek a full-service package that includes strategy, property sourcing, inspections, negotiation, and purchasing, or a partial service focused on  property evaluation, negotiation  or only auction bidding. Therefore, fees will vary depending on the type of service selected.


Full Buyers Agent Service

This covers everything from strategy to buying a property and exchange of contract and further up to settlement.


Evaluation & Negotiation

 If clients have identified a property of interest and seek a second opinion for due diligence, evaluation and negotiation, assistance can be provided in these areas as well. 


Auction

 If clients wish for assistance solely at auctions, guidance will be provided on the necessary due diligence and paperwork, and bidding will be conducted on their behalf while staying within their budget.
