Any reports, advice, or services provided by third-party professionals (including but not limited to Building & Pest inspectors, Plumbers, Electricians, Engineers, Council Planners, and Conveyancers) are the sole responsibility of those providers. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies, omissions, or oversights contained within third-party reports or for the professional negligence of said parties. 

Property investments are generally illiquid, and clients should maintain a cash buffer for unforeseen costs, such as repairs, vacancy periods etc.. Future interest rates cannot be reliably predicted, so a robust cash buffer is recommended to cover potential increases in mortgage repayments and other costs.

Clients have granted permission for the agency to retain their information and provide it as needed. All fees will be disclosed in the agreement between the agent and clients, and the agent does not receive commissions from other sources, except potentially from referral partners, which will be disclosed upfront. Aside from potential commissions from referral partners, the agent does not have other relationships that may create conflicts of interest or influence advice.
